Most boards include IRIG, NASA, and 1PPS sync inputs as well as optional GPS synchronisation. Zero latency time to the microsecond, external event time capture to 100ns, and three programmable rate generators are standard on most models.
A variety of options are available. Some of the more common options are: GPS Synchronisation, extended temperature range, eight external event inputs, TCXO and OCXO time bases, multiple output codes.
